Why Learn Reiki?
Reiki teaches us how to work with the energy of the Universe to help restore balance within our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Reiki helps us to deepen our connection with Infinite Source which naturally deepens our connection to ourselves making it a tool for enlightenment.
Level 1 will open you to the vibration of reiki and learn how to share reiki with yourself, animals, and plants. Each Reiki attunement will support elevating your baseline vibration. This will support you in living in a higher perspective and attracting more situations aligned with your higher self.

In-person Group Training [FL]
Reiki Level 1 is the journey of learning how to access Reiki energy and channel it to support your own healing, spiritual enhancement, and power. In Reiki Level 1, you will learn the history of Reiki, the foundations of the practice, and morning practice, and receive your Level 1 attunement.
Every attunement includes a 21-day period of integration and vibrational adjustment. Mentorship and support will be provided.
