What happens in a session
Reiki is a gentle but deeply powerful energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural intelligence. It doesn’t require you to be in a particular state, hold a particular belief, or arrive with a particular problem. It simply meets you where you are — and moves with what your system is ready to release, restore, or receive.
Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in energy medicine, Reiki Mastery, and intuitive healing to every session. Each session is uniquely guided — there is no formula, no script, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just Kelly, her gifts, and your system working together.

No. Just come with an open mind and comfortable clothing. There is nothing you need to prepare, understand, or believe in advance. Your system knows what to do — Kelly’s job is to support it.

Most people describe a deep sense of calm and relaxation during the session. Some notice warmth, tingling, or subtle energetic sensations. Some experience emotional release. Some simply rest. There is no right or wrong experience — what happens is what your system needs.

Energy is not limited by physical location. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person — many clients actually find them easier to relax into because they are in their own space. You will receive the same quality of session regardless of how you attend.

If you are new to Reiki or new to working with Kelly, start with a single session. Experience the work first. At the close of your session, Kelly will let you know if The Reiki Reset feels like the right next step for you — and it will be available to book at that point.

The Healer’s Path combines a single Reiki session with Reiki Level 1 certification training. It is designed for the woman who has been curious about learning Reiki herself — giving her a chance to experience the work as a recipient before learning to practice it. If you’ve been thinking ‘I want to be able to do this’ — this is where you start.

The natural next step after The Reiki Reset is either continuing with individual sessions at $180 each, exploring Reiki Level 1 training, or — if you feel called to go deeper into the transformational work — exploring 1:1 coaching. Kelly will always guide you toward what feels most aligned for your next step.
